Now, I don’t know about you but the only thing that seems to get me through the daily grind is planning things to look forward to. So, I’ve compiled a list of the top five things I’m getting excited about this summer and making the most of the long, warm London nights whilst they stick around!

What? Urban Food Fest street food night markets have kicked off again! Come and sample the culinary delights of 15 food trucks and stalls serving top quality global cuisine. All washed down with your choice of craft beers, prosecco, shots and great entertainment.

What? Treat yourself to the ultimate outdoor movie-watching experience at Camden Lock’s Backyard Cinema. Sit back and relax on deck chairs with a Brew Dog beer and burger in hand whilst enjoying some classic blockbusters, from The Goonies to Human Traffic.
When? Every Wednesday and Thursday from the 17th of July to the 5th of September.
Where? On the “iconic cobble stones of Camden Market”, but 54-56 Camden Lock to be more precise. Closest Tube is Camden Town.
How much? Standard tickets’ll set you back £15. However, if you’re going for the ‘Full Monty’ a ticket will cost £29, but that includes a movie, deck chair or bean bag, a burger and two drinks of your choice!
There’s no specific name, date, location or price for this summery suggestion but you won’t be short of places to choose from. Check out this cracking blog I stumbled across all about the ‘Top 10 Rooftop Bars in London’, I’m sure there’ll be (at least) one which tickles your fancy!
Of course, this is only a tiny selection of what’s going on in the Big Smoke this summer and fingers crossed one of them’s got you all excited! I’d absolutely love to hear what you’re planning to get up to over the coming months even if you’re not living in London.
So, why not leave me a comment below to let me know where you’re off to?
Happy summer planning!
Until next time,
